Living in Taiwan
There is really no way in words to describe the experience of what living in Taiwan is. With its high population density and many industrial factories, some areas in Taiwan suffers from pollution. But this has become an issue of high important for the government who has developed environmental programs and sought after ways to reduce pollution. In the past Taipei (the capital city) was struggling with extensive vehicle and factory air pollution, but thanks to mandatory use of unleaded gasoline and, the general public's choice of trading cars for scooters, have helped greatly as well.
The economy of Taiwan is one of the strongest, fastest growing and more developed in Asia. Making everyday life in in Taipei, to be specific and give you an example, full of all the commodities needed in todays world. Everything from effective law enforcement, proper health care system and one of the most developed educational systems in the continent.
Progress also has its drawbacks, one is that is normally a rushed and busy society. Everything moves rather fast, so that is why there is a large culture of convenience stores. The country has highest density of convenience stores per person in the World: one store per 2,800 people, in some cases you can find stores just across the street from one another. The reason is because they are small business directed towards everyday living and to accommodate any needs the general public may have.
